Insurance & Reimbursement

At Fawne Acupuncture & Aesthetics, we do not accept insurance directly. However, many of our patients are able to get partial or full reimbursement for their treatments by submitting to their insurance company.

If you would like to file for reimbursement, we are happy to provide you with a superbill, a detailed, coded receipt that includes the necessary treatment and diagnostic codes required by most insurance carriers. You can then submit this document to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

• Coverage varies: Every insurance plan is different, and benefits for acupuncture can vary widely. We recommend contacting your insurance company directly to ask about your out-of-network acupuncture benefits.  

• Payment due at time of service: All treatments must be paid in full at the time of your appointment. Reimbursement is between you and your insurance provider.  

• FSA & HSA: We do accept Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA), which can make paying for treatments more convenient.
